Integration of NovEx
- NovEx is an interactive online simulation platform integrated into our New Graduate RN Residency Program. It’s designed to sharpen clinical reasoning and decision-making skills before new nurse’s transition to real-world patient care.
- Through realistic patient scenarios commonly seen in clinical practice, NovEx helps new grads:
- Strengthen early recognition, critical thinking, and sound clinical judgment
- Apply evidence-based practices in simulated, high-stakes situations
- Receive real-time feedback on interventions, timing, and patient outcomes
- Identify learning needs immediately—beyond traditional pass/fail evaluations
- Track key safety and performance metrics like medication errors and failure-to-rescue
- By focusing on both knowledge and practice, NovEx supports a smoother and safer transition from novice nurse to confident clinician.
