Integration of NovEx

  • NovEx is an interactive online simulation platform integrated into our New Graduate RN Residency Program. It’s designed to sharpen clinical reasoning and decision-making skills before new nurse’s transition to real-world patient care.
  • Through realistic patient scenarios commonly seen in clinical practice, NovEx helps new grads:
    • Strengthen early recognition, critical thinking, and sound clinical judgment
    • Apply evidence-based practices in simulated, high-stakes situations
