Hospital Visiting Hours and Guidelines

• All visitors must check in with security to receive a visitor badge.
• Visiting hours are 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. 
• Two visitors at one time are permitted per patient. 
• One visitor per patient is permitted in the Emergency Department, with exception: both parents are allowed at bedside with minor children.
• Children
  • Visitors must be 12 years of age in general areas of the hospital
  • Visitors must be 16 years of age in the following areas:
    • Critical Care
    • Labor & Delivery
    • NICU – exceptions made for siblings 3 years of age or older
    • Infusion Center
• Children of any age are permitted to visit mother in Maternal-Newborn/Postpartum.
• NICU parents may visit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Critical Care visitors: no plants, flowers, balloons, or food will be allowed in Critical Care at any time.
• Visitors in the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) are required to check in at the nurse’s station and may be required to wear a mask for patients with isolation precautions.
• Visitor eating is confined to appropriate areas, i.e. cafeterias, restaurants, cafes, and outdoor areas.
• Exceptions may be made for special circumstances such as end of life. 
• Additional limitations or restrictions may be required when visitation would interfere with the care of patients.

Horarios y pautas de visita al hospital

• Todos los visitantes deben registrarse con seguridad para recibir una credencial de visitante.
• El horario de visita es de 8 am a 8 pm, los 7 días de la semana.
• Se permiten dos visitantes a la vez por paciente.
• En el Departamento de Emergencias, se permite un visitante por paciente, con excepción: ambos padres pueden permanecer a la cabecera de niños menores de edad.
• Niños:
  • Los visitantes deben tener 12 años de edad en las áreas generales del hospital.
  • Los visitantes deben tener 16 años de edad en las siguientes áreas:
    • Cuidados Intensivos
    • Labor y Parto
    • UCIN (Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales) – se permiten excepciones para hermanos de 3 años o más.
    • Centro de Infusión

• Se permite la visita de hijos de cualquier edad a la madre en la unidad materno-neonatal/postparto.
• Los padres de bebés en UCIN pueden visitar las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.

• Visitantes en Cuidados Intensivos: no se permiten plantas, flores, globos ni alimentos en ningún momento.
• Los visitantes en la Unidad de Cuidados Transitorios (UCT) deben registrarse en la enfermería y, en caso de pacientes con medidas de aislamiento, podrían estar obligados a usar mascarilla.
• El consumo de alimentos por visitantes está limitado a las áreas designadas, como cafeterías, restaurantes, cafés y áreas al aire libre.
• Se podrán hacer excepciones en circunstancias especiales, como el final de la vida.
• Pueden aplicarse limitaciones o restricciones adicionales cuando las visitas interfieran con la atención de los pacientes.

• • 모든 방문객은 보안 검색대에서 체크인 후 방문객 배지를 받아야 합니다.

  • 방문 시간은 주 7일 오전 8시부터 오후 8시까지입니다.

  • 환자 1인당 최대 2명의 방문객이 허용됩니다.

  • 응급실은 환자 1인당 최대 1명의 방문객이 허용됩니다. 단, 미성년 자녀를 동반한 부모는 병실에 함께 있을 수 있습니다.

  • 어린이

  o 병원 일반 구역의 방문객은 만 12세 이상이어야 합니다.

  o 다음 구역의 방문객은 만 16세 이상이어야 합니다.

  • 중환자실
  • 분만 및 출산실
  • 신생아 집중치료실(NICU) - 만 3세 이상 형제자매는 예외입니다.
  • 주입 (인휴전)센터

   

  • 모든 연령의 아동은 산모-신생아/산후 병동에서 산모 면회가 허용됩니다.

  • 신생아 집중치료실(NICU) 보호자는 주 7일, 하루 24시간 면회가 가능합니다.

  • 중환자실 방문객: 중환자실에는 식물, 꽃, 풍선 또는 음식물 반입이 금지됩니다.

  • 전환치료병동(TCU) 방문객은 간호사실에서 체크인해야 하며, 격리 조치 대상 환자의 경우 마스크   착용이 요구될 수 있습니다.

  • 방문객 식사는 카페테리아, 레스토랑, 카페, 야외 공간 등 적절한 구역으로 제한됩니다.

  • 임종 등 특별한 상황에서는 예외가 적용될 수 있습니다.

  • 방문객이 환자 치료에 지장을 줄 수 있는 경우 추가적인 제한이나 제약이 필요할 수 있습니다.
