PIH Health Downey Hospital Receives Nearly $47,000 Grant Award From Downey Kiwanis Foundation

Cancer survivors, their families, and PIH Health Cancer Program staff members celebrated together in honor of National Cancer Survivor’s Day, which takes place each year on the first Sunday in June. Music was provided by DJ Bryan Mejia, and food vendors included Los 3 Tesoros Catering and Rita’s of Brea.

The topping out ceremony included remarks from PIH Health leadership and representatives from Boldt, the developer and construction partner for the project. Community leaders, elected officials, and members of the PIH Health Board of Directors and administration were also in attendance.
