Welcome to Passion+Purpose. A grassroots campaign for PIH Health employees - created by fellow employees - as a way to celebrate each of our unique stories and passions.
Passion+Purpose is a campaign inspired by, built by and powered by the passion of our incredible community of employees. As each of us lean into the ‘why’ behind our work - we each come alive and come together. And when we do, we believe anything is possible.

Why is the Employee Giving Campaign important?
Giving back to PIH Health is important because it provides the opportunity for donors to see philanthropy-in-action on the front lines of where many of our donors work every day. By making a gift here, you choose to become a vibrant part of the miracles happening around us.
What is Passion+Purpose?
The PIH Health Foundation launched a system-wide Employee Giving Campaign in 2023 called Passion+Purpose, asking employees to consider a personal investment in their PIH Health passion. Passion+Purpose represents the meaningful difference philanthropy can make when a large group of supporters band their gifts together for an enduring purpose.
Is participation in the Passion+Purpose Campaign mandatory?
Of course not! Financial contributions are 100% voluntary and 100% appreciated.
What are the perks of participating?
- An Impact Report showing your gift making a difference!
- Custom Passion Badge Reel
- T-shirt for all gifts of $20/pay period OR a one-time gift of $520 or more
- FIGs fleece jacket for all gifts of $40/per pay period OR a one-time gift of $1,040 or more
- Recognition in PIH Health publications
How do I participate?
It is simple.
- Find your passion.
- Make a meaningful gift as a one-time or recurring gift via payroll/PTO deduction, cash, check, or credit card.
- Watch your impact unfold within our walls.

How do I get my badge reel, t-shirt and/or FIGs fleece jacket?
To obtain your badge reel, tee-shirt and/or FIGs fleece jacket, you can:
- Return your completed pledge form to the campaign booth, booth details will be announced throughout the campaign.
- Return your completed pledge form to any of our on-site Facility Coordinator's. Prior to visiting, kindly call or email to confirm their availability.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. Your gift to PIH Health Employee Giving Campaign “Passion+Purpose” is deductible for income tax purposes to the full extent provided by law.
Can I give anonymously?
Yes. Your participation is strictly confidential if you wish your gift to be anonymous.
What if I already contribute to the employee giving campaign?
If you are already contributing to the employee giving campaign, that's wonderful! Your participation is greatly appreciated. To continue your support and transition to the Passion+Purpose employee giving campaign, complete and return the P+P pledge form. If you choose NOT to join Passion+Purpose at this moment, your current giving level will remain unchanged until you contact the Foundation for any modifications or cancellations.
How can I adjust or stop payroll deduction if I decide to do so?

What is the PIH Health Foundation?
PIH Health Foundation is a separate, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that is led by a volunteer board of directors—members of our community who want to help ensure quality healthcare for all. PIH Health Foundation raises funds to help purchase the tools and resources our doctors and nurses need to care for you and your family.
