We know that by uniting the expertise and resources of our partners across many sectors, we will stay focused on creating a healthier future – together.

Here are some of our partnerships:

PIH Health, in partnership with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center, and the Center for Nonprofit Management, launched the Health Action Lab in 2016. This project’s vision is to foster collaboration and coordination of efforts to improve health by bringing together organizations across our communities.

Healthy Los Nietos, a collaborative that champions a healthy community, was developed in 2011 in response to rising rates of childhood obesity. PIH Health, along with many local organizations, has been an active partner in promoting health and wellness among Los Nietos School District students and their families.

Partnership for Healthy Communities is a group of organizations seeking to promote healthy and active lifestyles in southeast Los Angeles County cities.

The Stay Healthy Downey community collaborative focuses on overall health and nutrition through partnerships with key community stakeholders . The collaborative’s work strives to create a sustainable approach to wellness that will positively impact current and future generations

The La Habra Collaborative’s mission is to work with community-based strategic partners from various sectors to improve the overall health of La Habra residents. Move More, Eat Healthy La Habra is a part of the collaborative's program to fight childhood obesity.
