Bad Skin Habits

If you suffer from acne, try implementing some of these ideas and see if it helps to clear your skin.

  • Wash your face. This is the simplest way to help clear up skin. Start with a mild soap or cleanser, and toner. Add this to your bed-time routine and wash your face after you brush your teeth at night. You might be surprised with the results.
  • Use sunscreen every day, regardless if the sun is out or not. This will help protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays, rain or shine and help keep those wrinkles at a bay a little longer. Add this to your morning routine.
