Samsung Health provides core features to keep up your body fit and healthy. You can track your health data, monitor your sleep, and receive AI-powered insights and personalized coaching to build good habits.

Dining Decisions Mobile App
Part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this tool will help you make smart food choices to stay powered up. Dining Decisions places you in control of your food plate. Decide which foods give you more energy and build your muscles, and which ones are better to eat only sometimes.

CDC Mobile App

HEADS UP Concussion and Helmet Safety App
The CDC HEADS UP Concussion and Helmet Safety app will help you learn how to spot a possible concussion and what to do if you think your child or teen has a concussion or other serious brain injury. The application also includes a 3D helmet fit feature that teaches about proper helmet fit, safety and care.
Health IQ App
Challenge your Health IQ with the CDC's interactive, educational, and fun health trivia application. Choose from three levels of difficulty: Easy, Medium, Hard, or be surprised by selecting a random mix. Race against the clock to earn more points or use hints when you are stumped. Play again and again and challenge yourself to beat your highest score. Also available in Spanish.
World Health Organization (WHO) Apps
